I spent years going in circles, cut off from my emotions, oscillating between suppression and emotional overwhelm. I felt exhausted trying to keep anxiety, panic attacks and OCD symptoms at bay. I was rarely successful. From three times weekly psychoanalysis to hands on healing I tried every modality known to man. It wasn't until I stumbled upon EFT and later on Emotional Clearing Process that a lightbulb went on in my head. I wasn't supposed to GET RID OF negative emotions! It is an entirely impossible and a futile endeavour. The key is in EXPERIENCING them in a safe, contained environment, and a major component of the process is to fully acknowledge and accept them with no judgement.
I studied every therapy where the premise was to work with the body, let yourself experience thoughts, feelings, sensations and work with them with love and compassion. To date that includes EFT, Emotional Clearing, Hakomi Therapy and mindfulness. And that's what has set me free.
How I work
In my practice I combine three powerful techniques:
- EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques)
- Emotional Clearing Process
Each of them is a holistic therapeutic system in its own right. When used in synergy in one session they make the process easier, more elegant and very effective.
Who I work with
My clients come from all walks of life. However most of them express the desire to:
* improve their relationship with their own thoughts and feelings
* be more present in their everyday lives, more aware of themselves and others in their lives
* bring the content of their subconscious into the light so they are no longer driven by the past traumas and false beliefs
* develop self-love, self-acceptance, self-compassion and loving kindness towards others in their lives
* reduce negative thoughts and feelings and learn to manage stress effectively
Many clients contact me to reduce the debilitating effects of PANIC ATTACKS, ANXIETY, SOCIAL PHOBIA, OCD and STRESS. These are symptoms that I have once personally experienced in my life. I know first hand the struggle and devastation they bring. The loss of confidence, low self-esteem, eventually withdrawal and depression. I also know it is possible to overcome them and live your life free of constant worry and stress.
What happens during the session
All those "conditions" are usually symptoms of emotional suppression. When the real emotional conflict is brought to light and resolved the mind no longer needs to use anxiety symptoms as a decoy from emotional pain. It unmasks the real culprit: unwanted negative emotions which we are so scared to face. I create a nurturing, safe space in which they can be experienced and processed with the help of EFT, Emotional Clearing and mindfulness.

Self-help and ongoing support
The unique feature of this type of healing is the fact that the support doesn't end when we finish the session. During our meetings I will teach you how to use EFT, Emotional Clearing and mindfulness at home. You will receive guidance and encouragement to continue the work on your own. You will also be welcome to attend one of my online EFT training courses and learn how to use EFT for yourself and loved ones.
